Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. if you are not happy with your purchased, we are here to help with a fair and transparent refund and return process.

Return/Refund Eligibility:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is significantly different from its description.      

To be eligible for a Return/Refund:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition (if applicable).

Return/Refund Process:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Custom or special-order products.

Shipping/Refund:

Please note that  costs may occur when returning the product (e.g., return shipping and/or bank fees.)

Order Cancellations: 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at admin@complementfining.com, within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, after that customers have to follow the Refund/Return policy.
